BAR MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated people person to deliver second to none service and head up the team as we expand into Nottingham city centre.

The ideal candidate will have:

Skills and dedication to manage each step of our service standards to deliver a second to none experience for both staff and customers.

Experience in co-ordinating and leading a team.

Strong ability to handle and resolve feedback and complaints with care.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

A strong knowledge of wines and spirits (although we’re happy to train you!)

Experience and skill to keep calm in challenging situations and encourage the team to do the same.

Cellar experience preferred.

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year.

HEAD CHEF

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated people person to deliver second to none menu’s and head up the team as we expand into Nottingham city centre.

The ideal candidate will have:

A passion and flair for creating a variety of menu’s.

Experience taking responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations including ordering, costs, budgets and staff rotas.

Ability to liaise with the relevant companies for food orders.

Comfortable Interviewing and hiring new staff.

Confidence and skill to maintain/raise the food’s profit margins for your employer.

Skills in monitoring and controlling stock levels.

Knowledge of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.

In return, we can offer a competitive salary package based upon your experience.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent.

Salary: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year.

Additional pay: Bonus and tips.

SHIFT MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated people person to support the Bar Manager as we expand into Nottingham city centre.

Our Shift Managers are required to support the running of the venue, always delivering a second to none service.

The position of Shift Manager has the following functions within the company.

Support the Bar Manager in the smooth running of bookings and walk ins.

Be proactive in ensuring the team have everything needed to deliver the best experience to all customers.

Accept deliveries and storing stock.

Lead by example and be professional at all times.

Be reliable and on time for all shifts as per your rota.

Job Type: Full-time, part-time, permanent.

Salary: £8.91 per hour (45 hours @ min wage £21k)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

Experience:

  • Bar/wait staff: 1 year (preferred)

SOUS CHEF

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated sous chef to support the head chef team as we expand into Nottingham city centre.

Our Sous Chef is required to support the running of our Kitchen and lead shifts in the Head Chef’s absence.

The position of Sous Chef has the following functions within the company.

Support the Head Chef to produce, cost and develop menus.

Prepare and cook fresh food.

Run the kitchen shift in place of the Head Chef.

Work alongside the Head Chef to ensure company policies and service standards are adhered to.

Accept deliveries, putting away and stock rotation of all products.

Lead by example and be professional at all times.

Be reliable and on time for all shifts as per your shift.

Job Type: Full-time, part-time, permanent.

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

Experience:

  • Chef: 1 year (preferred)
