Pop up Indian Summer Fusion

Wednesday 7th August is our next Pop Up Night. 3 Course Indian Summer Fusion meal with wines £55pp ( menu to follow ) £20pp deposit 6.30pm for drinks. 7pm seated for first course. Our resident chef Bee who also owns the Tasting Table will be creating a great summery Indian fusion meal which will be paired with wines for you to enjoy. Limited Tables available so book now to secure your place.

Indian Summer Fusion Menu

STARTER

Scottish Salmon marinated and infused with Chilli/Coriander and fresh Lemon, baked and served with Mint & Coriander yogurt dressing on a bed of leaves.

Vegetarian Option – Paneer marinated in Lime & chilli coated in Coconut and Panko breadcrumbs s/w Plum Chutney on a bed of leaves. (V)

Wine Pairing -Baron de Luze, Bordeaux, Sauvignon Blanc

FOLLOWED BY

Old Style Delhi Butter Chicken, tender pieces of chicken breast & thigh marinated and cooked in a rich spiced tomato sauce.

Served With:-

  • Cumin roasted vegetables (Vegetarian main portion)
  • Tarka Dhal – slow cooked Red Lentils gently spiced with tomatoes, a hint of chilli and finished with Coriander. (v)
  • Fragrant Basmati Rice / fresh Naan bread and cooling yogurt (v)

Wine Pairing – Rocky Point, Pinot Noir, New Zealand Alsace, Off dry, Riesling

Cardamom Infused Kulfi with Gujar Halwa – cardamom ice-cream with a carrot-based dessert (v)
