Starter

Pheasant Terrine

Served with gherkins and sour dough toast.

Main Course

Game Pie

Braised Red Cabbage, Dauphinoise Potatoes and Green Beans.

A combination of pigeon, pheasant, partridge, hare, rabbit and venison in a rich red wine and redcurrant jelly gravy, encased in short crust pastry with a puff pastry top. Served with braised red cabbage, green beans pan fried with butter and almonds and rich creamy dauphinoise potatoes.

Dessert

Apple and Chocolate Tartin

Caramelised seasonal English apples with a hint of 80% cocoa dark chocolate in flaky pastry base, or it the top? Served with a vanilla ice cream.
